M. Eseev "Modification and characterization of diamond plates with electron and proton beams and positrons for creating quantum electromagnetic field sensors"

The report will outline the principles of post-growth engineering of synthesized diamond monocrystals (plates) to create nitrogen-vacancy centers using charged particle beams. It will demonstrate the capabilities of positron annihilation spectroscopy for identifying defects in such plates and present work on the development of quantum measurement devices based on them.
