Yuli Viktorovich Klemeshov "Low-frequency laser power stabilization for a compact precision laser inclinometer"

The instability of the laser power, laser beam fluctuation and noise of the DAQ electronics limit the accuracy of a compact precision laser inclinometer when registering low-frequency physical signals.

The report is concerned with the research into laser power stability effect on the signals of a position-sensitive device of a compact precision laser inclinometer and the design of a laser power stabilization system for semiconductor laser source, which improved the relative daily laser power stability by 43 times.
