Congratulations to Yuli Klemeshov on successful defence of the candidate dissertation!
Last week, on 20 November 2025, at a meeting of the Dissertation Council of the VBLHEP JINR, Yuli Viktorovich Klemeshov, an engineer from Sector 1 of Laser Metrology of the DLNP Department of Research and Innovation, defended his dissertation "Low-frequency stabilization of radiation power for a compact precision laser inclinometer."
The dissertation is defended for the degree of candidate of sciences (physics and mathematics) in specialty 1.3.2 – instruments and methods of experimental physics.
This dissertation studies the dependence of a compact precision laser inclinometer (CPLI) on laser power stability and the development of a system for long-term stabilization of the laser power of CPLI laser source. It is also devoted to the development of new methods and scientific equipment for measuring laser radiation characteristics.
