Congratulations to Konstantin Shipulin on Receiving a Certificate of State Registration of a Software Program “Bolus Verification Control Program”!
The JINR Department of Licenses and Intellectual Property announces that on 5 July 2021, the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research got a Certificate of State Registration of the software program “Bolus Verification Control Program” authored by Konstantin Nikolaevich Shipulin.

The program is designed for synchronization with a personal computer (PC) and calibration of modules of a bolus verification device (BVD), namely the displacement system (DS) and the optical sensors (OS), and also for readout of the data from the BVD and their transmission to the PC for processing and visualization. The program allows controlling the precision of bolus manufacture. There are three measuring mode options: milling depth, height of the material left after milling, difference between calculated and measured values. The results are statistically processed during the bolus verification procedure. The following parameters are computed: a total number of check points in a bolus, a number of correct points, a number of unidentified points, a number of incorrect points, percentage of incorrect points, a maximum discrepancy value at a point and a minimum discrepancy value at a point. The bolus check result is a colourful diagram on a PC monitor which enables geometrically determining the manufacture precision depending on the colour of a point. The results are stored in a digital file and are kept in the archive for each patient.
The compiled «XemoDll.dll» library is loaded for the DS operation.
Computer type: IBM PC compatible computer based on the Intel and AMD processors.
Operating systems: Windows 7 and follow-ups.
