Wu Yue "Research and design of the RF cavity for an 11 MeV superconducting cyclotron"
The report mainly focuses on the research and design of the radio frequency resonant cavity for the 11 MeV superconducting cyclotron used in isotope production. The equivalent circuit method and numerical calculation method were utilized for mutual verification. Furthermore, based on the requirements of a compact design, this report presents a design scheme and optimization plan for a RF input coupling system.
