ISAPP-Baikal Summer School "Exploring the Universe through multiple messengers"
We are pleased to annonce the ISAPP-Baikal Summer School "Exploring the Universe through multiple messengers", which will take place from July 12 to 21, 2018, in the picturesque village Bol'shie Koty (Big Cats) on the shore of the Lake Baikal.
We invite graduate and PhD students as well as early-career PhDs (postdocs) to attend the School. Exceptionally motivated undergraduates are also welcome. The working language of the school is English. The School offers a unique experience of full scientific immersion "Siberian style":
⦁ 8 days of lectures given by experts on astroparticle physics, cosmic rays, gamma astronomy, neutrino physics, gravity, and HEP,
⦁ plenty of time for questions and informal discussions with lecturers,
⦁ intensive study sessions on topics of the lectures held in small groups,
⦁ an opportunity to give a presentation or present a poster of own work,
⦁ friendly atmosphere, new contacts and friends,
⦁ and finally the stunning views of the lake Baikal and Siberian Taiga.

The deadline for applications is APRIL 30, 2018.
Since the total number of students attending the school will be limited by 55 students, the applications will be subject to selection. The primary selection criteria are your motivation and your own research area, as well as the accompanying recommendation letter. The selection process will begin in March, and the first approvals will be given in the end of March.
