5 марта. День семнадцатый
Сегодня продолжили работы по установке 11-го кластера: на 1-ой гирлянде собрали нижнюю и средние секции; на 8-ой установили якорь и смонтировали гирлянду до нижнего центрального модуля, 7-ую гирлянду тоже смонтировали до нижнего центрального модуля, на 2-ой гирлянде установили ручную лебедку.

A proposal is considered to use a beta-active source with a very high activity (tritium, 10MCi) to reduce the experimental limitation of the neutrino magnetic moment by at least an order of magnitude (to 1–2 Bohr picomagnetons) and to observe coherent neutrino scattering on the He-4 atom (for the first time).

February 25. Day 9
The first winch with the cable wound up was mounted near the maina of a new string of a new cluster, and the anchor was brought to it. Everything is ready for the assembly. The testing of new optical modules got underway.
The delivery of new optical modules from Baikalsk goes on. Today, another 140 items have arrived.
A large group of colleagues from INR have come to the shore. Now we can make up the third assembling team.

На Байкале, 6 марта 2023 года, в Береговом центре Байкальского нейтринного телескопа, прошло совещание Министра науки и высшего образования РФ В.Н. Фалькова (присутствовал удаленно) с официальными представителями девяти крупнейших научно-исследовательских институтов и университетов России. Были обсуждены результаты работы и перспективы развития Байкальского глубоководного нейтринного телескопа (Baikal-GVD), формирование Нейтринной программы РФ, создание совместной лаборатории ОИЯИ-ИЯИ РАН-ИГУ «Нейтринная астрофизика».

On 14 August 1943, the Academician A. F. Ioffe issued Order No 86 for the Kazan group of the Leningrad Physicotechnical Institute (LPTI) on establishing Laboratory 2.
