Ляблин дали интервью Первому подмосковному радио «Радио 1», в котором рассказали, что в конце 2018 г. в CERN из ОИЯИ было доставлено три Прецизионных Лазерных  Инклинометра (ПЛИ). Уже в марте 2019 г. их протестируют для измерения колебаний земной поверхности. Инклинометры разместят на траектории Большого адронного коллайдера (БАК), что поможет отследить, как колебания земной поверхности влияют на работу ускорителя.  В начале марта 2019 г. кандидат физико-математических наук Михаил Ляблин начнет проверять, как работает на БАК эта сверхчувствительная аппаратура.
